On behalf of the Board of Directors, Management, Staff, and Students of the Indian Institute of Hardware Technology Gambia Limited (IIHTGambia Ltd.), we wish to express our profound gratitude and sincere appreciation to the SIE Fund Secretariat for the confidence reposed in our institution through the award of the SIE Fund Window 1 and Window 2 Projects.
We are deeply honoured to have been selected as one of the beneficiary institutions entrusted with implementing these important initiatives. This award is not only a recognition of our institutional capacity and commitment to excellence but also a significant opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of human capital in the Gambia.
IIHTGambia assures the Secretariat that we possess the technical expertise, experienced personnel, and institutional capacity required to successfully execute the approved projects. We will ensure transparency, accountability, quality delivery, and prudent management of the resources entrusted to us.
Through the SIE Fund Secretariat, we would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all stakeholders whose vision and support have made this initiative possible. We sincerely thank the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (MoHERST) for its leadership and continued commitment to advancing technical and higher education in the Gambia. The Government of the Republic of The Gambia for prioritizing youth empowerment, skills development, entrepreneurship, and employment creation through strategic national programmes. The World Bank Group for its invaluable financial and technical support towards initiatives that strengthen the capacity of young Gambians and create opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.
